Sahar Huneidi-Palmer is a published author, columnist, Holistic Therapist & Intuitive Mentor since 1992. Unbox Life Mentoring is about helping you identify what is blocking your life, getting you back on track so that you can reach your fullest potential. Unbox Academy courses include topics such as love and relationships, meditation, and self-growth. She appeared on BBC, CNN radio, London’s LBC radio, Dubai Eye Radio, and receives regular press coverage from various magazines, including Woman’s Own, London’s Evening Standard, and Arena men’s magazine (UK). Sahar launched inspirational Soul Talk podcasts (in 2004), with thousands of listeners and downloads from iTunes. She was named three times as “One of the Best 100 Psychics In The World”- Hans Holzer, author and paranormal investigator; and coined “Mayfair’s Best Kept Secret” by the Mayfair Times; London. Sahar’s USP: Fee refunded if a client is not happy with their session. In 28 years, it has never happened. MODALITY Sahar Palmer has held over 14,000 1-2-1 client sessions and over 1,000 healing sessions. Her core philosophy is to inspire and empower. To help clients extract wisdom from their experiences by understanding the paths and the dynamic that have led them from the past to the present. She specialises in identifying why they are blocked and helps them get clarity right away so that they can get back on track and move forward while holding themselves accountable for what they “create.” She's passionate about transforming her clients from a “victim” mentality to an empowered “co-author.” She also engages her clients in this process by supporting them with Unbox Tools 4 Life™ exercises, gradually changing their inner-world to reflects changes in the “outer world.” Sahar’s method is her own, based on what she calls The Four Dimensions of Change. BACKGROUND Sahar was born in Cairo and educated in the US, England, and France. She studied Civil Engineering and Business Administration, worked in advertising & brand management as an Account Director handling multimillion-dollar accounts, but her instincts are artistic. She writes poetry, which has been published in poetry and literary magazines in the UK and plays the piano. Her friends and those who know her describe Sahar as a “wise woman.” She’s passionate about demystifying the abstract, intuitive mind mapping, and Turkish coffee!
